Three ways to receive intuitive support, with or without a live session

Flexible Support is completed independently, intuitively, and without requiring scheduling or live interaction. Sessions are processed in the order received — typically within a few business days and occasionally on the same day. Insights and guidance for ongoing support are delivered via your client portal.

We connect for 15–20 minutes to notice what’s present along with what has shifted since your last session, and to set the intention for your session. After the check-in, the live call ends and the balancing continues independently, quietly unfolding while you go about your day. A written session report follows with insights and suggested self-support.

An extended live session blending coaching, reflection, and Body/Mind balancing. This option is ideal when you’re ready to explore patterns consciously, gain insight into what shows up beneath the surface, and work in real time with both meaning and energy. A written report follows with observations and suggested self-support.

Body/Mind Balance Coaching draws from multiple complementary approaches, woven together intuitively based on what your system is asking for in the moment. Rather than applying a single method, I listen for what wants support and work with the tools that best serve balance, insight, and integration.
Not every session includes every modality. The work is always guided by what is most supportive in the moment.
An energetic method based on principles similar to Traditional Chinese Medicine, using spoken commands that invite Universal Qi to support specific treatments based on your individual needs.
An ancient Japanese art of energy harmonizing that uses gentle touch or intention directed to specific points on the body to support the natural flow of life energy through the body. This can help ease tension, calm the nervous system, and promote balance on physical, mental, emotional, and energetic levels.
A tool used to help clarify what wants to shift and to support energetic releases, alignment, and deeper insight. Pendulums can help identify underlying imbalances and support intention-based outcomes that are in your highest good.

Yes. All Body/Mind sessions include a written session report uploaded to your client portal with insights, observations, and any suggested self-support.
