The energy body holds everything — relationships, finances, emotional patterns, creative blocks, the stories you keep telling yourself about what's possible. If something is getting in your way, there's likely an energetic component that's worth exploring.
Body/Mind Balance sessions draw from multiple modalities, not because more is always better, but because every person's energy body is asking for something different. One session might lean heavily on Eminus Mirus treatments. Another might focus more on Body Code clearing or Pendulum Alchemy. The tools shift based on what's actually present, not a predetermined protocol.
No two sessions look exactly alike. That's by design.

When you book, you'll fill out a brief intake sharing up to three areas you'd like support with. From there I connect energetically, identify what's present, and work through whatever comes up... clearing, balancing, and addressing what's asking for attention. No call required, no coordinating schedules.
Sessions are completed in the order received, typically within a few business days and occasionally the same day. A written report with insights and suggested self-support is delivered to your client portal when the work is complete.
A short live check-in, then deep energetic support.

We connect for 15-20 minutes. You share what's shifted since your last session, what's going well, and what you want to focus on. We set the intention together. Then the call ends and the balancing work continues on its own while you go about your day.

We start with a brief check-in to discuss what's been happening since your last session and what you want to focus on today. Then we go to work together in real time.
What makes this option different is the conversation. As things come up energetically, we talk through them. Patterns get named. Questions get asked. The life coaching piece means you're not just receiving the clearing, you're understanding what's underneath it and figuring out what to do with that awareness.
We close with your suggested self-support, including practices, holds, or focal points to carry the work forward. A written report is delivered to your client portal after the call.

Each session draws from a combination of approaches, chosen intuitively based on what your energy body is asking for in that moment. The goal isn't to apply every tool every time. It's to use the right tools for what's actually present.
Think of it less like a fixed menu and more like a conversation. Some sessions call for deep emotional clearing. Others lean toward physical balancing or structural support. Some need all of it. No two sessions look exactly alike, and that's by design.
Here's what's in the toolkit:
An energetic method rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Using spoken commands, EM invites Universal Qi to activate specific treatments tailored to your individual needs. It works across a wide range of physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances and tends to be a central part of most sessions.
An ancient Japanese art of energy harmonizing. Specific points, or energy centers, on the body are held with gentle touch or intention to support the natural flow of life energy. Useful for easing tension, calming the nervous system, and promoting balance on physical, mental, emotional, and energetic levels. Used throughout sessions for both discovery and clearing work. Pendulums help clarify what wants to shift, identify underlying imbalances, and support intention-based releases aligned with your highest good.
A holistic system for identifying and releasing energetic imbalances — trapped emotions, mental energies, chakra disruptions, toxic influences, and more. The Emotion Code is a focused subset specifically for releasing trapped emotional energies. Together, these tools help locate what's underneath the surface and clear it.
Reiki runs in the background of every session as a foundational energy support. While it isn't always the primary focus, it's always present, supporting your body's own process and promoting relaxation and balance.
Sometimes what comes up energetically needs to be talked through, not just cleared. Particularly in Integrative Coaching sessions, I may ask questions that help you uncover unconscious patterns, clarify what you actually want, and figure out what aligned next steps may look like. The conversation is part of the work.
Occasionally I may draw a single card from the Akashic Oracle deck to provide additional clarity or insight on what's coming up in the session, and clear any blocks that surface from that reading. This is a lighter, in-the-moment use of the Records, which is quite different from a dedicated Personal Akashic Reading or a more advanced Oracle Card Reading. Many clients choose based on how much live interaction they want. If you’re unsure, start with Essential Check-In or Flexible Support. Both allow the work to meet you where you are.
It depends on which option you choose. Integrative Coaching is a full 60-minute live session. Essential Check-In includes a 15-20 minute call, after which the session continues independently. Flexible Support has no live call at all.
Each option is a little different, but all three involve intuitive Body/Mind balancing tailored to what's present for you.
Once I connect to your energy field, I work with various aspects of your consciousness (your Higher Self, Shadow Self, and others) asking each one for guidance on what needs attention and what the priorities are to clear. From there I use muscle testing and pendulum charts to identify the specific underlying imbalances, which might be trapped emotions, mental energies, chakra disruptions, toxic influences, or something else entirely. Clearing happens through a combination of intention, Eminus Mirus treatments, and pendulum work, depending on what each imbalance calls for.
Depending on which session you've chosen, this work happens either during our live call together or independently after a brief check-in.
Yes, please. When you book, you'll have the opportunity to share up to three areas you'd like support with. You can be as detailed or as general as you'd like. The more context you provide, the more targeted the work can be, especially for Flexible Support sessions where there's no live check-in to fill in the gaps.

No. Body/Mind Balance is a complementary, non-medical approach and is not intended to replace medical or mental health care. If you're working with a doctor, therapist, or other provider, keep working with them. This fits alongside that, not instead of it.
Integrative Coaching is 60 minutes. For Flexible Support and Essential Check-In there's no fixed time. The work unfolds intuitively and varies from session to session.
As for results, that's harder to answer simply. Everybody's different. Some people notice shifts right away. Others find that changes happen gradually, almost quietly, until they look back and realize something has moved. The nature of energy work is that it tends to unfold on its own timeline. What you bring to the process (your openness, your follow-through on suggested self-support) plays a real role in how that goes.
