What are the Akashic Records?
Think of a library in which each book holds the story of one of your lives, including the one you’re living right now. Each book contains a detailed record of that life - who you were, your failures, your triumphs, your character, the lessons you learned and the stories behind the lessons.

Have you ever read a book that was so powerful or so moving that it just stuck with you? Have you ever gotten so caught up in a novel that it felt like you were in the book yourself, thinking the storm on the pages was raging outside your window, when it was actually a clear and sunny day? Or maybe you’ve gotten so upset about the death of a beloved character that you took out your frustrations on the people around you.
If a novel can have this kind of effect, imagine how much greater an effect the books in your Records can have. A betrayal in a past life may be contributing to your inability to trust others in the present. Or a previous vow of poverty like those taken by monks could find you barely scraping by now. Any number of karmic blocks or lessons can be impacting your present life.
